Protests Continue Amid Reports of Mousavi Being Under House Arrest

leave a comment »

Iran has shut down almost every form of communication with the outside world; everything from Facebook to text messaging has been shut down. The only thing that remains now is Twitter, and this is being used to rally supporters throughout the country. Recent news out of Twitter has Mousavi requesting all supporters to meet him outside his office at 12:30 local time. We can only wait and see what will become of this considering that some reports claim that Mousavi and two other candidates for the election have been placed under house arrest.

Stay Tuned: Updates will be available as information comes in from any of multiple news outlets and blogs.
