Iran Government ‘Displeased’ by US Statements
Today the Iranian Foreign Ministry communicated Iran’s "protest and displeasure" over statements by U.S. government officials about the outcome of vote. Among other things, this is likely the result of the State Department asking Twitter to postpone their maintenance.
Ibrahim Yazdi Pulled From Hospital Bed and Arrested
Today Ibrahim Yazdi, Secretary-General of the Freedom Movement of Iran and former Deputy Prime Minister was pulled from hospital bed in Tehran and arrested. Reports indicate that he has been taken to a prison in Evin.

Guardian Council Says No to Annullment… Unsure on Link to Russia
The Guardian Council has ruled out annulling the election, according to its spokesman Abbas Ali Kadkhodaee. (Tweet: IranRiggedElect) This will further complicate matters as protesters do not believe recounting is an adequate response. They bring up the fact that many ballot boxes were burned and so obviously cannot be counted.
The only source currently on the link with the Russians is an interview with a respectable analyst on VOA who quoted a revolutionary guard officer. Until that can be seconded it must be regarded as unconfirmed speculation.
Students Arrested
There are reports of 2 students arrested at Gilan University in Rasht. Student exams at Gilan University have been CANCELLED.
Rumors of Coup D’Etat by Army. Rumors That All Foreign Visa Cancelled
There are rumors that Iranian Army generals have been arrested and even more rumors that there has been a coup d’etat by the Army. This is still unconfirmed.
There are also reports that the Iranian government is cancelling all foreign visas. This would include journalists and truly limit the scope of what the world outside can see of the ongoing crisis in Iran.
